Was wondering if i could get some help on telling me what these are. I want to use them and not sure what to call them.

I am not sure but they look like some sort of spool. Will be interesting to see what others say or think.

I think they are spindles or spools that holds thread from old mills...maybe! But I have a couple similar that Go in a shuttle to hold thread while I weave.
