My daughter text me today to tell me that my grandson, who is 8, had is IQ tested in school. She said he scored higher than 125 on his IQ test. So they have to meet with the school to have him put in the gifted program. She said that of all the children that was tested only 3 of them made it. So i'm on cloud nine. So very proud of him.

Wow! That is super! Congrats on having such a gifted grandson! My little girl Zoey is 5 years old and just started Kindergarden this year. She already reads at a 2nd grade level and they wanted to bump her up a grade. I declined because I wanted her to build on her social skills first.
She doesn't play well with others sometimes. Smirk. But she too goes to gifted classes 4 times a week.
That is just so awesome! I am happy for you. I chalk it up to good parenting. Wink! He must have awesome parents along with even greater grandparents!

Thanks ladies. I watched my grandson for his first 2 years everyday so his parents worked. And i would read and talk to him all the time.
